Dr. Amy Edmondson is the Novartis Professor of Leadership at Harvard Business School. She is the author of seven book and more than 75 case studies. She is best known for her work on psychological safety, which has been the catalyst for a wide body of work in management, healthcare, and education over the past 15 years.

Dr. Edmondson received her PhD in organizational behavior, her AM in psychology, and her AB in engineering and design from Harvard University. She has been ranked as one of the top 50 management thinkers since 2011, and in 2019, was selected as the #1 most influential thinker in Human Resources by HR Magazine.
