Ashley Haynes-Gaspar is COO of US Business Applications & Industry Microsoft. Her product lines include Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to help transform customers, businesses, and industries at scale. Additionally, she is the COO for Industry in the US representing the company's full capability across all of the industries they serve. Before joining Microsoft, she held various roles in GE, including a CMO of a $21B division, and a VP and GM of 2 Service businesses.

 

In her professional career she has lived and worked in 27 countries. She is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Statistics. In 2012 and 2013 she was recognized by GE CEO, Jeff Immelt & GE CMO, Beth Comstock, as a GE Marketer of the Year. In 2020, she was the Winner of Platinum Club for Outstanding Achievement and in 2021, she was awarded Gold Club for Manager of the Year.
